Delivery Policy:

Due to circumstances beyond our control such as traffic etc, we cannot specify a specific time of delivery. All times quoted by the sales staff are approximate and can change. Orders should be placed the day before you need the material to insure its there for your workers. The dispatcher will call you when the truck is being loaded for your delivery. Should the need arise to cancel a load, it must be done prior to or during the dispatchers delivery call to you or you will be charged a trip/ materials restocking fee. This fee will be based on your location and how much material you ordered. Our responsibility stops at the curb. We are not responsible for any damages to driveways, sidewalks, sprinkler systems, leach beds etc. Owner is placing the load(s) at its own risk. Due to the size of our delivery trucks, the driver will make every effort to place the load(s) where you would like. Please note the trucks are rather large pieces of equipment and do not maneuver easily. Our sales staff will aid you in figuring out how much material you need, however there may be extenuating circumstances beyond our view to give you an accurate amount. Please note pictures of materials are approximate and may change depending on ground conditions, water content etc. Customer agrees to inspect the load before it is dumped for quality.
